Open Hatha – Good for all levels from beginners to advanced.  This class explores and refines the Asanas (poses), making them your own, so you can deepen your experience and understanding.  You will be encouraged to work safely and at your own level.

Vinyasa Flow – This is a challenging class. Challenging you to listen to your body and not get caught up in the ego.  You must have previous yoga experience and be familiar with the basic postures and principles of alignment.

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga – Do you prefer a gentler more restorative practice?  Are you stressed?  Coming back from injury or surgery?  This is the class for you.  One student says she feels like shes been on vacation after this class.  Designed to create a healthy body and a peaceful mind. This is an ongoing series.

Meditation/Thich nhat Hahns – style is based upon the Vietnamese Zen Buddhist Master teachings.  Participants need not to be Buddhist in order to practice.  There is no fee.
